Interviewing is an area where interviewers can unknowingly fall into different biases that could make the selection process less objective and inaccurate. Competency Based Behavioral Interviewing (CBBI) is a structured interviewing method that helps to eliminate these unconscious biases by focusing on a candidate’s past experiences by asking candidates to provide specific examples of how they have demonstrated certain behaviors, knowledge, skills and abilities in the past.
WorkSMART Consulting, on May 18-19, 2021, conducted a 2-day online workshop on Competency Based Behavioral Interviewing (CBBI) for 15 senior leaders of Bengal Meat Processing Industries Ltd., a leading and highly innovative food processing company in Bangladesh . Ishtiak Taher, Lead Consultant, WorkSMART conducted this workshop. Through active contributions from all the participants, the sessions became highly engaging and it was an exciting learning journey. Special thanks to Ahmad Asif, CEO, Bengal Meat for choosing WorkSMART as your learning partner.
