Interviewing is an area where interviewers can unknowingly fall into different biases that could make the selection process less objective and inaccurate. Competency Based Behavioral Interviewing (CBBI) is a structured interviewing method that helps to eliminate these unconscious biases by focusing on a candidate’s past experiences by asking candidates to provide specific examples of how they have demonstrated certain behaviors, knowledge, skills and abilities in the past.
WorkSMART Consulting, on May 18-19, 2021, conducted a 2-day online workshop on Competency Based Behavioral Interviewing (CBBI) for 15 senior leaders of Bengal Meat Processing Industries Ltd., a leading and highly innovative food processing company in Bangladesh .
