Conducted an online training course on “Competency-Based Behavioral Interviewing” for senior leaders of a multi-national organization on 19-20 May 2020.
It was a unique experience from either side. Also came to learn about the challenges of conducting an online training event. At the end, we virtually cooperated to keep either side engaged in the game. It was truly a great fun!!
