Why do you need HR Certification?

Like any other profession, HR is also evolving very fast in this era of rapid technological and social changes. From a mostly transactional function that was dominated by administrative and compliance-related tasks, now there is high demand for HR to be more strategic and lead the change in work culture to transform its people as a competitive advantage for the organization. So, today's HR leaders are expected to have sharp business acumen, drivers of cultural transformation within the organization, and have the ability to use technology as a strategic lever to enhance the quality of decisions and efficiency within HR. However, are HR leaders ready to embrace the business challenges of the gig economy? Most of us usually complete our bachelor's degree before we start our first job in HR. And some of us even complete both Bachelor's and Master’s degrees before we start our profession. As a whole, almost all of us complete our formal education at the very early stage of our professional careers.
