As part of our capacity-building effort among HR professionals, WorkSMART Consulting is very proud to host an online learning session this evening (July 11, 2020) on “Evidence-Based Management in HR”. The session was conducted by the renowned international researcher, scholar, and author David Creelman, CEO, Creelman Research based in Toronto, Canada. Around 40 senior and mid-level HR professionals from Bangladesh, Canada, Nepal & India participated in this unique learning session. The session was moderated by Ishtiak Taher, Lead Consultant of WorkSMART Consulting.
The notion of Evidence Based Management challenges senseless adoption of all kinds of FADs, untested best practices and subjective & speculative decision making within HR. It is a means towards fact and data driven decision making in HR. The session was highly interactive and intrigued the audience with some very thought provoking ideas.
